adding spells?

ok this is a really stupid question but how do you add a spell on here? I did it once on my old profile but i forgot how.

You need to be a council member in a coven. Your other option is to join Spell Casters as everyone is placed in council if you do not want to join a coven to gain this position through work. This site has many non working and incomplete spells, and since the admin is busy with more important matters these spells are left to I urge you to only post spells you know work, and is complete with no spelling/grammar issues.
