Element/weather spells

Hi dose anybody know any spells that i could use to contact an element or maybe make it hail or something to do with the weather?Im also interested in making plants grow with nature spells but i don't know what im ment to do if anybody has any help please contact me on forms or through email thx!!

Weather spells should be done sensibly. If someone is to make it monsoon in the middle of summer in the sahara desert, for example, what enviournmental impact will that cause to the world, and the active weather system? Weather spells should be done to change the weather slightly, during specific seasons and times.
