It does help her. I have seen him fighting off... things. Bad things. I don't know how to describe them. They are shadows. She thinks he might be able to cure an almost uncurable curse that runs in her family. I know little about it. I just know it is bad. I don't think it is telling the truth. I think it wants to harm her in the end. I just know it is bad. I just need proof that it needs to go. It has threatened me before, and only restrains itself because she makes it. It is male. I can tell that much. I can't act purely based on suspicion and instinct. I quite honestly hate it. It is either bad, or is just insensitive. I don't think it is a form of demon. It isn't a spirit animal. It has made a link to her, and uses the link to her to get to my link to her like a network, and torments me. It occasionally appears in my dreams, though usually have to look for it. I know that he isn't a coping mechanism. I have seen him myself. He is always either something of beauty, or of horror. I have a theory it might be something that feeds on fear and paranoia in a way that your friend doesn't feel it anymore the reason it may look scary/creepy is because the fear it feeds on.
