Hi I am over 30(45) and glad to meet you all,especially on a site where we can express our selves without fear .

Hello all didn't see this post until today was beginning to think I was old reading some of the other posts on the forums, I'm 41, health of of 70 yr old and want/need the energy of a 2 yr old there are never enough hours in the day to get things done.
