Past Me

I was walking around the house,when I stopped for a moment to look at my living room(Note:I was walking around the living room),when for a fraction of a second,I saw me,exactly as I was walking around previously.Does anyone know about what is going on,or am I going nuts?

I've heard of psychic imprints where past events, especially tragic ones, are said to leave a trace allowing them to be sensed and sometimes viewed by those with psychic ability. I would guess this is something similar where your able to get a glimpse of the recent past.
