Hello all~

I stumbled accross this site looking for a local coven, (of course with NO luck for a local one..) so I thought I'd try this out too.

I am a married mother of one son and two furbabies. I have been practicing Witchcraft in various forms since 1994. Sooo, I'm not new to the path at all... but I'm always willing to learn and share what I've learned along the way.

I don't have a particular "style" of witchcraft that I do- it's more a big ol' mix of shamanism, traditional witchcraft (NOT wicca) some of the slavic traditions I learned from my grandmother as well as some Hindu practices. I'm an Indigo, so I haven't got much in the way of tolerance for stupidity. I'll be gentle the first few times, but if you keep smaking your head on the brick wall, I might be inclined to say something....

I look forward to getting to know you all!
Namaste,
Kali Ma

Shamanism????? Interesting......you would think will all those who are practicing Shamanism these days Native Peoples would have no need to pass the traditions on within the culture.

sadly many native cultures are not passing on their traditions now- many have been forced generations ago to convert to Christianity and have left their old ways behind. I think the more people that take interest in and learn the proper shamanistic methods the better to preserve the heritages.
I know a few elders here and have done sweats and pow wows with them... very powerful indeed!

Well... I am Native American and raising my children in the culture and traditions so I have no words to speak on this.
Now I have met many who say they practice Shamanism and I have only met a few whop know any true Shaman ways. True traditionals will not teach non Native people the true Shaman ways. And though in some instances there are no others interested to learn this is the way it is to be. So I would say that if you have true Shaman teachings from a true Shaman then consider yourself blessed.
