How do I know what is my spirit animal? And what is spirit animal? Does is related to our daily life? Is it possible that I can see my spirit animal? Or contact with it?
How you may find your Spirit Animal: I closed my eyes and let my mind wonder. For instance a very jungle or forest like scene came into my mind. I noticed several animals (Wolf, Grizzly Bear, Spider, Snake, Salamander, etc.) For a minute I thought the wolf would be my spirit animal but opposing contrary belief, it is not. I watch the Bear and the Wolf fight. Eventually the wolf was down and out. The Bear walked towards me and knocked me on the head as if saying 'I choose you' Or something like that.
Your spirit animal (In my opinion) is an animal who has died and chooses it's companion. You don't find it, it finds you. I believe they watch over you and you can always contact them for guidance or advice or just someone to talk to.
(Again in my opinion) I believe it does somehow relate to our daily life. As in noticing signs and such or just being able to sense Him/Her around you and you can just talk to Him/Her like a friend or family friend.
I'm pretty sure you can see your spirit animal in dreams or traveling along the astral plane(Not totally sure about the astral plane)
You can contact it. Signs you see can be a sign you need to contact it. If you need answers or guidance, talk to Him/Her. A way to contact your spirit animal is through divination. My personal favorite is a Spirit/Ouija Board and using my pendulum.
My spirit animal is a cat/s. Im pretty sure its the black and white cat i had as a child which diapered one day and since has never come back.(its been around 7 years since I last saw my dear cat and im pretty sure its dead :( ) Occasionally I see the cat out of the corner of my eye, or it brushes against my legs. Your animal will come to you :) I didnt meditate or anything, just one day it was there. BLessed be
I'm not too sure if I'm right, but once I had a dream about a killer whale and every now and then i see something big and black out of the corner of my eye.
Once I was just about to walk into my bedroom when i saw a black tail, i was totally freaking out and ran into my parents room.
