building magic stamina

hi, what are some beginner spells i can use to build up my "magic stamina/power (or whatever the term is)

To help build up your energy the best way I know of doing it is just to practice focusing it around you and with in your aura. Another way I know of is that you can send yourself energy through a mirror but I have never tried this method.

For me, I wouldn't use the phrase magick stamnia. You can try meditation and ask for extra energy from the universe. If your new to spell casting you can try out The Basics.
