I need help.

I'm somewhat new to things like this. I am looking for someone to help me do spells, find my familliar, etc. I really need help, because I have tried to do spells, I have tried to find my affinity, but any spell I do, doesn't work...

If you are new to Magick, Learn and pratice the basics before casting a spell. The main part of the spell is believing that it will work, believe in what you are casting. Also note that the spells in usually don't work for some people, perphaps writing your own spells would be useful for you.

Familiar is a spirtual being or companion, usually a animal. Be aware of your surroundings you may find many animals, seek each and every animal you see. Notice which favours you the most and bond yourself with it. You have finally found your familiar.

How many spells have you cast? I found it took me six months to cast spells that had "feeling" in them and I knew they would work. The only way to cast successful spells is to cast them over and over keeping your eye on the correspondences (time of day, proper colored candles for type of spell, proper power crystals, proper moon phase, intent, spell structure, proper moon phase, belief in your ability to cast the spell, have you tried all avenues in the mundane world to make your objective come home to roost.) Experience is the best teacher the more spells you cast the stronger your spells will be as long as you stay true to the Witches Pyramid.

Fabler, it is a scam. It always is. On top of that, like you said, it absoulutely makes no sense and never will.

To Zdouglas99, you need to learn your basics. Learn them and you will be able to properly spellcast. There are many forum posts on them.

Reading would be a great start for you :)
It's important to know what you are doing before you do it.
Plus You have to relax and focus.
If you can, meditating before a ritual or casting a spell might help.
But as everyone says, the basics are also important.
You cannot build a castle without foundations.
Start with the basics, then you will grow with knowledge and success ;)
There are plenty of books and articles you can read that will help
you understand how it works.
