I would have to say my top five are
1.Rosemary - I really enjoy the sent plus it had quite a few uses
2. Mint - it has a nice sent as well and i find i use it in a lot of things as well
3. Sage - Once again its smell and its cleansing properties
4.Lavender- I enjoy this one in teas its very relaxing and has a calming scent
5 Ginger - it has a great taste and is great for clearing out your sinuses or helping a sore throat

I have mostly worked with rosemary, I burn it in my room to drive away negativity. I also bathe with it. I make rosemary tea( for brain). But I make sure I don't drink more than a cup. Works for my hair too.

Second one would be ginger for soothing sore throat. I crush ginger and boil it until it looks like syrup and then I mix it with honey (1tsp honey with 1tsp of ginger syrup). It has always worked for me.

Third one, turmeric, I use it on cuts. I make paste of turmeric powder using water and apply it on cuts. It also works for common cold. Also helps one get rid of sun burns- lemon and turmeric powder paste.

Fourth, aloevera- for sunburns, for hair, for skin. I also used it on my kitten, I sprinkled few drops of aloe juice in her water to treat her bowel problem (she had diarrhea)

Fifth, lemon grass as tea
