you probably can destroy a object unless you use energy or psychic energy, I have been in martial arts and there's a secret death punch that destroys the spirit or soul and body, but since it's a secret I can't tell you it, but you could try psychic abilities to move objects or if you have a psychic temper you could see if youy throw a object with your mind until the object is crushed or thrown so hard you break it, but in rare cases does the psychic abilities go that extreme, usually you have to have a traumatic event happen to you and be very psychic already to be able to have psychic temper tatrums.
