How to start my journey

I have been most interested in the occult. But, sadly I really don't know where to start my journey to become a Mage. What to do, what to read, what to learn, not even sure how to successfully meditate. Can someone help me in detail please, This could really help me in my life.

starting is always difficult at first because there is just sooo much to learn.
Theres a lot of good books out there. The first ones I started out with were "To Ride A Silver Broomstick" and "Solitary Witch" both by Silver RavenWolf.
Theres also many, many sites like this one that you can find information on. This site has a sections for Spells, articles and videos that will help.
