Past lives.

Hi,can anyone help me,I had a dream a while back that I think may have had peaces of a memory from a past life,I was wondering if there is any kind of meditation or dream work I could do to learn more about this past life? Thank you for your time.

the only thing i can think of is while meditating, walk yourself through the dream. most of the time for me it will continue on from there and i can see a bit more.

in terms of past life regression, i've only done it a handful of times against my will. while meditating i would see things, i later found out was probably a past life. don't like doing it, always rather dark.

You can also try guideded meditation or seek a nearby know past life specialist who can bring your memories of past lives.

As Nekoshema said try meditating and thinking about the dream. Try focusing on the pieces you believe to be from your past life. But always remember it may not have been from a past life, it could just be that your subconscious was trying to give you a message or show you something and that was the best way for it to do so.

Im not saying that it wasn't something from your past life, Im simply saying it could have been your subconscious. It could have been your subconscious trying to teach you a lesson or give you a message using your past life as well. Good luck!
