Headaches and feeling bad

I have had my tarot deck for around three or four+ months now, and I do reading here and there to practice. But I seem to always get this problem if I do an extensive reading or if I do multiple readings; my head will start hurting badly and I will feel lethargic.

Are there any ways to ground myself so I feel better? Or should I just stick to relaxed readings in moderation?
