thanks redchiron i will b really reading these online books tonight and the next few days of my work break hopfully i will get to read all ever since i found out about this i have never been more interested in a topic i have been searching by myself but decided to see if i could get help on this and i thank you for that and everyone if i have any ?s after read them can i ask you please

If you want a safe way to raise the kundalini, study Tan Tien Chi Kung. It focuses on the Microcosmic Orbit and the Macrocosmic Orbit to naturally raise the kundalini.

Kundalini can be dangerous of you try to force it. Read Gopi Krishna's autobiography to learn more about the dangers. It is best to focus on the two orbits and let the energy raise naturally. Focus on the work, not the result.

As of lately I have realized that I have an awakened Kundalini, and at this point i am going through a lot of those serious cons as you say. For years I have had extreme pain, emotional instability, and overall I was very negative. I am not sure when it awakened exactly although I do know that since my first memories I have dreamed having strong psychic powers. You must be careful what you wish and strive for because someday it might just be there. Though not in the form you wanted it to be in. If this is something you are absolutely bent on studying then I suggest you take your time and master it with the proper meditations and yoga. Do your research, find a proper teacher or instructor and don't rush it. I wish you the greatest of luck and remember there are many other magical paths to be discovered. Just keep your mind and eyes open.

Your body has defense mechanisms to prevent too much energy from flowing through you. That's why quick fix methods as I like to call them don't work or if they do only for short periods. The Kundilini or ki flow must be gradually opened to prevent permanent damage. So I suggest yoga for the beginner. Its good for the body as well so you get the best of both worlds.

alright openeyes can you explain more about the things that occured please and tiredofgaggs what do you mean what is that? and dillain thirtean i have been doing yoga but onlt my core legs arms and back what are these safety mechanisms you speack of i have been reading up but i can only read so much a day lately that has been my promblem i have been limited to my time reading i am still wanting any help i can get please help... redchiron thank you for helping me i wouldnt of thought it was science materialized that makes this very more interesting any other advice beside not trying i will be glad to hear!. and please do

Yoga is not just about the stretching. Its about learning to flow energy from one point on the body to another. When you do Mountain Pose your stretching yet following the earth energy as it travels up your legs and into your body. And our body has ways of dealing with two much energy that's what I mean by defense.

What I mean is that 1) if you want to awaken the kundalini in a way that is safe, study Tan Tien Chi Kung. And 2) awakening the kundalini before you are ready can result in psychosis, schizophrenia and meglomania, it can burn out your energy pathways, leave you a vegetable or worse. Gopi Krishna, when he went through the process, almost died. Read his autobiography. You are supposed to bring the energy stored in the lower centers up to the brain so you can think and work with it. This is psycho-sexual energy. If you are not ready for it, it is like putting 220 volts through a speaker wire. It won't handle it. I've worked with many people who went through it and were not ready. Sometimes they get better.

wow tiredofgaggs that does sound serious what's the book i shall try to find and read it also btw i am reading "biology of kundalini" dillon13 also what is that mountain yoga exercise? i would like to learn it.

Well first I am all for the reading part but don't forget to stop and smell the roses as they say. Yoga is made up of a series of poses that are done in a sequence. Mountin pose is one of them geared more toward beginners. It is one of the first poses you learn. You stand with both feet together, arms down at your sides, like your at attention. Head up and straight. Stretch outward from the midsection of your body so in other words stretch up with your upperbody toward the sky and down into the earth with your lowerbody. Immagine your legs becomming like roots into the ground. When you inhale breath your breath up from the earth and into your lungs. Then as you exhale breath the air and energy further up and out the crown of your head like a tree that releases air into the sky.
