I never said you were ignoring you but i guess i shouldn't have shot you down so quickly..in this aspect , i guess i should apologize.

That frankly depends on how much you have expererienced throughout all your sevearal lifetimes. If you have no practice or study at all , than there is not much of a power and skill boost from the regression.
Also , you do not need your powers to be unlocked to weild and study magic and it's various subjects . It simply means that you are picking it up afresh and once anew. After the regression , it simply means that your skill from all previous lifetimes are added onto your current knowledge.
Normally , if you have practiced and studied extensively in your previous lives , your powers and abilities will be heightened as they add on to this life.
However , one thing that is impossible to my knowledge is that your abilities will not weaken during the course of this regression. In the worst case scenario , you would just fail in unlocking your knowledge and abilities from your previous lifetimes.

Assuming you don't actually beat your wife, both "yes" and "no" are incorrect answers. Yes would mean that you used to but have stopped, and no would indicate that you still beat her.
There are no power transfers as you speak of.
Just as you can't say whether or not you beat a wife you don't even have, we cannot describe to you the impact of something that doesn't even exist.
