If you were to search through the forums, you would find that the generally accepted answer is none of them.

You simply can NOT transform into another being here in the physical world.

agility and strength are aspects of the physical. you may increase your physical perfomance through mental processes, but not by any werewolf spell.

How do you know when you shift will it hurt could you tell me what it Feals and I need all the info I can get so please tell me if anyone finds any info on werewolves please dont hesitate to tell me
