I am new and I've been meditating several times but it always gets interrupted. I can probably do rituals but never have tried. I have no experience in magick or magic (whichever way you prefer). Can someone help me and send me a ritual or spell that requires nothing and can get some magick or magic flow flowing through me?

XCrazyImageX You need to learn to Meditate as that is one of the most important parts of Magic. Meditation and visualization is very important parts in magic and to accomplish any types of real magic you need to first learn them. If you are in a situation where it keeps getting interrupted then try doing it at another time or going to a place where you can have complete solitude and peace. I either go outside in the woods or where I can be alone except for the wonders of nature and the sounds of the wind blowing.

meditation can get your energy flowing. my very first circle was so simple, i don't think i lit candles for the watchtowers. i had some incense, and a cookie and some juice. i spoke to the lord and lady of my intent, then had a bit of the juice and cookie, and opened the circle. i don't even think i got my athame by that point.
charging energy can be done many ways. the one that feels right for you is the one you should do. some people dance, or sing, to gain energy. personally, it's meditation. you sound to be on the right track. just tell your family when you;re going to meditate, or if your family frowns on it, say you're studying and don't want to be disturbed.
