The first three paths (Trancework, Chants, and Rhythm) all tend to blend together for me and overlap each other. When doing a lot of my seidhr or volva-type work I don't separate them into their own parts, as it often just seems to work naturally together. I've done a lot with the Ordeal path but I've not experimented much with the Ascetic's Path, though I'll have to try it.

I think Going Under or Mound Sitting would have to fall under the Ascetic's Path though, as those are forms of sensory deprivation.

Very Informative post Thankyou Percy :) My type is Path of Breathing and Ascetic path as I am good with fasts and often do fasting dedicated to my lord to raise my spiritual vibration and as a part of purification.. Such a strength fasting givs us but physically one may feel low.. It's like I inside feel the strength enough to move mountains but physically you'll want to do nothing but sit silently or chant The name of any entities or deities .. And I am good with Isolation too I barely goes out of my room lol.. So guess these two paths are good for me and I have a question :

Can these two paths that I choose,Are possible to be combined like fasting and having isolation and then do breathing exercises ?
Blessed Be :)

For sure. I think I might have mentioned somewhere in there, but it's actually more common to combine some of those practices than not. They tend to overlap anyways. Sometimes the combination of the different methods leads to better results for certain individuals.

Thanks, Personified, that kind of narrows down and helps me focus a little bit more on what I should be doing. I can say that the path of breath and the path of ritual are probably my most likely ones, but I have tried a little of darkness isolation, but I cannot do as much of that as I would like to because of the time I am allowed, but it does help my third eye to seeing a little bit more into the astral plane. But thank you for the help in path of breathing, that is an awesome technique that I am excited to practice.

This an excellent post.

As mentioned i think a combination of several of the paths is most common.

I work mostly with breath, rhythm( music, dance,), fasting, and power/ teacher plants.

My practice has evolved into something like qi-gong energy raising/ circulating techniques with the addition of power words for charging/ invoking energies.
