Spells

I'm new to the site. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to determine. If a person has a spell on them?

When you get more experience, you end up just being capable of sensing it. But even to this day, I still use divination to discover the specific details.

Scrying it the best for this, especially ones left to the element itself (i.e. flame scrying, water scrying).
