please help with spell

I was planning on doing a healing spell tonight at midnight for my husband Ryan, he is in a vegatative state/coma and I posted on facebook, to all our friends to think about him and believe in him getting better, is there some kind of spell or chant that would take all that energy and get some kind of results, please help me ive tried everything, I did an energy transfer spell last night but i think i might have over did it, afterwards I was really weak and I felt like i was going to throw up, but I read somewhere on new years eve is a great time for spell casting please help me
