full or new moon i think. but it depends on the spell i believe... I'm not that knowledgeable on moon spells, but this seems like the most logical time...

The moon spell instructions say 3 days before or after, do you think we are in that category?

well all spells correspond with a moon phase so its matching a spell to the moon phase

look online for when the full and new moons are.. i think we had a full moon 3 or 4 days ago? maybe 2.. im not sure.

It depends on the spell , iknow that for moon spells depending on what they are must be done on full, quarter or half for it too work. Hope this helped.

Spells for drawing things in should be done during the waxing phase. Things you are pushing away or getting rid of should be done during the waning phase. Full moon gives most spells a boost of energy. New/Dark is especially good for getting rid of things, breaking ties, banishment etc. You can do them during any point in the phase.
