necromancy is about death and not about father satan.. ok?!? be sure to have sufficient information before you say something about an idea.. i'm a satanist but i don't do necromancy (yah its part but its not the focus of my discipline)..
Oh good grief. Necro has nothing to do with Satan nor does it completely deal with the dead. Divination is a little part of it but not the whole ordeal. Its a path that requires a lot of path working and researching. Its a lot of astral work and meditation, working with guides, etc. But those guides are not limited to the dead. Necromancy is finding the universal connections among paths and is found in one form or another in every tradition. Its not a path I would recommend for a beginner because you have to be able to identify different energies and manipulate them. Not to mention being able to astral plane efficiently. Honestly its not a "dark" path just really misunderstood.
Necromancy: Death divination.
That is the true and literal meaning of the word, shall we then speak of it ignorantly no more?
It is divining death itself, not "The dead" and you do not have to resurrect or reincarnate a dead corpse to be a necromancer.

Necromancy goes beyond it's literal definition and can be used for far more than divinination. As well, it has quite little to do with any demons. While the terminology can vary like anything else, it's just a system of magic utilizing Death energy to work with the spirits of the dead or Death. It has no more reprocussions as any other form of magic and the only people who shouldn't practice it are those who'd try to abuse it. It's not for beginners simply because beginners shouldn't be trying any system before they're ready or they'll find themselves moving against the tide.
