Assuming you mean those annoying little bugs that show up in the house after leaving a banana out for to long...

Throw away all bad food, clean and you can either put part Apple Cider vinegar and some dish soap in cups everywhere or put the apple cider vinegar into a jar with a funnel (very small at the end into the jar). It traps them so they can't get out.

already tried apple cider vinegar. and cleaning. m house isnt the only one with this problem

It might be fungus flies/gnats. They spawn...yes I say spawn because they come out of nowhere! from potted plants that form fungus when they've been overwatered or brought in from outside. Check any potted plants you may have. It's apparent when they come from them. Moving the plant's leaves around and looking at the soil, you'll see a tiny swarm.

Take the plant outside or use an antifungal spray on it. Once the gnats don't have food anymore, they die.

And never buy soil from cheap places like Walmart and Kmart. They're known for having the buggers' eggs in their soil and using it will give you a fun little infestation.
