What do i do?!!!

im reading something on my laptop, when i notice a black shadow coming my way, i turn around and its right at my shoulder(the left one, bc it has a cut from maggie on it) and banishes into thin air. my shoulder(left one) where it was standing now kills like a bitch!! it felt like a hand was on my shoulder. when i turned around it looked like a man but i couldnt see it clearly. WHAT DO I DO? i get shivers when i go towards my room!
