SocialGo.com is a good website to create a coven, website, etc. on, I use it myself for my coven.

I checked out SocialGo, Fallenstar, and it doesn't really meet my needs. For one, I want to do the XHTML coding myself, not leave it to some machine in taiwan or indonesia. Two, I also want to create a stylesheet in CSS not use templates which is what SocialGo appears to do(i've used internet web hosters before). Three, I only want to pay for the domain name which is only six dollars a year for like A heck of a lot of them which you can find on bluehost.com. And four, the most important, relevant of them all, I don't want to create a social network or coven website. I want to have a free, step-by-step program. SocialGo says In it's header, says that it is a "social network maker". Plus, it's way too expensive.

Social Go isn't functional at all and its about as bad as webs. Ucoz or Spruz will allow you to code everything in html, xtml, css, etc. After setting up your free site, you can choose to use the skeleton framework they provide or throw it out completely.

I would lean more towards Spruz as you can set up individual classrooms, with forums in each. Similar to how Pet has SOM set up, but instead of various Covens, you'd have various classrooms.

Wish you the best of luck.

Another Potential problem.

I don't have a graphic for the site, which by the way, just as a refresher is called Cauldron of Knowledge and I'm wondering whether I don't need one and I'm obsessing over nothing or I need one and if so where to get one.

But if I need one I want to be able to get it for free off a website and not have to sign up for anything especially if I would pay for an account which totally ruins the purpose.

Please Comment

My advice would be not to bother. I'm an expert on the subject and I have no website, nor would I want one. Websites tend to bring out the worst in their owners when about subjects such as this so closely intertwined with self and ego. Trust me when I say you will be better of, you need only look very close to home to see numerous examples of ego gone wild to tell you that it's a big mistake.

Magustaus I have found in the past month that the only thing you seem to be an expert at is trolling and dropping a negative comment wherever someone leaves you room to squeeze one in. All these conversations of grandeur, being an expert, and showing the world how screwed up the male ego can be portrayed; I among many have yet to see any real information out of you. Much less a push in the right direction when people have issues.

In being a role model and trying to help people, you suck. In pointing out other's short comings and skillfully giving people people a reason not to want to ask questions, you have perfected a skill that would have all of our envy if we could only get our heads that far up our tushies. For an expert in so much you severely lack learning from the obvious, this is what your second account in less than a month? We have 12 yr olds on here that can listen, follow directions and keep an account longer.

Bloodmage website building isn't hard, offering information to the world is a good thing. If you still need help, pm me and I'll help you as much as I can.

Didn't you just do everything you accused me of doing? I would say that anyone that would make such comments about others, comments that clearly speak more to themselves, well this shows a complete lack of self knowledge. Also doesn't help your cause to be a troll yourself, or to call others such when you so clearly fit the bill. I would take a look in the mirror, and do some real soul searching before you seek to judge others, you might only be showing how blissfully ignorant you are of your own shortcomings. Take care ;)
