An interesting occurrence

I was ill last weekend and had a very interesting experience. What happened was i started running a fever of around 103.4 and I was drifting in and out of consciousness. After about an hour of that i had an out of body experience. That is to say i found myself in a place that I know very well. I was sitting on a stone in the middle of a stream surrounded by forest. A bear walked up to me, sat next to me and I felt calm. When I returned to my body the fever had gone and I was mostly fine. I wasnt sure where to post this but i felt here was best due to the place I found myself in. Any thoughts? If there are more details anybody would like that would help please just reply and ask.
