You should be able to see the color you what your hair to be.

I've never used a glamor spell myself, however, I came across one in a book by Scott Cunningham. I can't recall the exact name of the book, as I've read so many of his works. I think it might have been "The Magical Household." Again, however, I'm not exactly certain if that's the correct book in which I found it.

According to his book at the same time every day you are to stand before a mirror and gaze at your reflection. While standing before the mirror brush your hair and visualize that every time you run the brush through your hair it sends out the energy to bring about the change in appearance you desire. Also visualize the changes you want becoming more pronounced with each brush stroke.

I don't know for certain if this spell will work, but according to the book it is supposed to. Either way, I hope you may find some use out of it.
