hey.
can anyone help me?
im working on meditating...
and i want to meditate deeply.
what is the best meditation? ive heard of ''tal'' meditation.. what's that?
and what is the best way to meditate deeply..i know that nature sounds help when you are meditating but i live in a crowdy place...
