You are 13, don't worry.
Your God sad:

See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
(Matthew 18:10)

Experiment with everything just stay true to your path. Altough your religion don't tell you that you should judge what is good and what is evil and what is ok and what it's not...cause your God is one who judge it.

It is not possible to be a Christian and a believer of the Magick Arts it just doesn't work the Christan Deity forbids the practice of witchcraft for they associate it with the devil the Christan God also forbids the worship or praise or honoring of any other God or Goddess admitting that you are a Christan that participates in wiccan rituals means you honor another deity other Than "God" i am a passionate believer in Eclectic Witchcraft and i do believe in the lord and lady and i will accept all religious outlooks but if you say you are both a Christan and a Wiccan well you are just lying to yourself and making a mockery out of my beliefs and i will not stand for it for centuries the Christan deity has persecuted and commanded his worshipers to hunt down and destroy all of us the only reason we still exist is because we hid our beliefs we had to practice in the shadows Christianity is nothing more than an attempt to control the populace you can put whatever name on it you want to but it doesn't change the fact that the pope believes he himself divine when in the reality he is just a man like me and you the only true power comes from Gaia but your "God" forbids the praise of some other Deity it is in the bible twice:

The Christan First Commandment: You shall have no other gods before me.

The Christan Second Commandment: You shall not make for yourself any carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

so tell me how does being a wiccan fit into those commandments?

I don't know how many times it has to be said, You can't be both a Christian and a Wiccan, Yes you can practice magic and be Christian, but you can't straddle Two VERY different Religions. Thousands of Non-Christians have been insulted, ostrasized, tortured and killed by the so called true word of God. I wonder how many of you so called magical Christians would defend your use of magic to a Christian Tribunal when the penalties are torture and death? I wonder it you even understand what you claim to believe? I think most of you would run back into the arms of the Christian Church pleading ignorance, or worse yet, blaming the evil Magical people for making you a sinner. It would not be the first time.

I can see what your getting at that just because you believe in the Christian deity does not exclude you from Wiccan but you are neither Wiccan nor Christian the correct term would be a believer of the Eclectic Arts which is what I follow but to claim Christianity and any form of Paganism (Which is basically The Craft to those of you that don't know)Claiming to Be a Christian Witch is an insult in my book Christians have persecuted pagans since before any of our times for hundreds of years the hunted and killed members of Pagan religions and that was before the "New Testament" not to mention the Eight Hundred Year war Christians waged against the Nation of Islam

How many of them within the last 10 years? 20 years?
Can you blame every single Christian for the actions of a few?

If you can, then we are all Satan worshipers who slaughter animals, eat babies and sacrifice virgins because we too, should have to be held accountable for the actions of anyone who has ever done anything negative in the name of magick, paganism, witchcraft and any other name you can think of.

Don't demand people be tolerant of the ways of magick, yet condemn the way of anyone else.

Time out!! I am not condemning anyone. I have no problem with people following any religion that floats their boat. I am simply saying that Wicca and Chrisianity are two different religions, and cannot be combined, unless you want to change the major tenets of both. Simply that. So chill out, this is not discrimination against anyone. However, just for the sake of argument, you asked how many people have died at the hands of Christians in the past 20 years? How about thousands in IraQ? Thousands in Afghanistan? Not to mention Ireland where Christians kill each other. Look it is not just Christians, the Muslems are fighting the Jews, and the Hindus are fighting the Muslims, and so on and so on, at least so far, Wicca has not started any wars.

You're right, killings are still going on by groups of opposing religions..and Wicca is not one of them.

This thread started as Christian Witch, not Christian Wiccan. You can be one without being the other.

I've seen generalization after generalization in this thread on how this religion can't do this. This religion can't do that. This religion did this to this religion.

How about treating people as people and not as the religion to which they belong. Look in the chatter some time. Do you really want to be associated with people who claim to be half leprechaun or claim to be able to form fireballs in their hand? I wouldn't want my entire belief system defined by the actions and words of a few people.

After some thought, I can understand how Christian and Wicca do not flow together. I can see that. But why not a Witch? Just because the bible and a few overly loud fundies say so?

If any magick practitioner said that their deity told them something was ok, we wouldn't question it. Yet we tell a Christian that they cannot do magick because a couple thousand years ago, a few guys got together and decided to put onto paper some words claiming to be from their God that said it was wrong.

We can then sit here and tell someone that they cannot do magick and call themselves a witch because a book says so. Never mind that they possibly did some soul searching to find these answers. Never mind that they could very well have found these answers through prayer, the same as anyone else with a deity. We say no based on a book that, the magick community as a whole, tends not to take seriously for any other subject.

Who are we to tell someone they cannot call on their god during spell work, prayer, meditation or anything else just because their God goes by a different name?

We don't know that the Christian God said magick was evil. We base this on writings of men. The same people who said women were second class. The same people who said owning slaves was ok.

We can't pick and choose what we take from the bible and use it when it suits the argument.

(That's not just to you rilke ;) )

okay well thanks for the link i now understand that the name Christian Wiccan is just a misrepresented name for a branch of Wiccan focusing on the Christian Pantheon or is Goddess-inclusive. Many individuals profess that they are Wiccan, yet are clinging to a Jesus (male deity-only) form of magick. If they are not acknowledging the forgotten Christian Goddess and seeking a cosmic balance with both the Lord AND the Lady, then they are not practicing Wicca. Calling Jesus into your circle and saying "I uphold the Wiccan Rede" does not make you a Wiccan. I suppose that makes you a Christian Witch who is aware of the Rede. There is nothing wrong with that, it's just not Trinitarian Wicca.
