In the first case, it is not so much an entity, as a energy. In the second it is not so much bound to you as you are bound to it. It is not within you at all, however, it is connected to you.

depends what u have, entities are small creatures from the 4th density that usually are up to no good and they reside on the back of your skull on the bulge(dunno if its the right word, feel it with ur finger u will know what it is), on the other hand if its a spirit(nowadays most people are not alone in their body), well basicaly u need exorsicm, usualy its not painful or anything, if u need more info bout it i can help.

i do believe i have contacted my 'higher self'. there seems to be a being that talks to me, in my mind. it tells me stuff & gives me advise. i talk to it as if im simply talking to someone else.
it started off when i just heard simple phrases and words, like "run" and "danger nearby", etc.
then i talked to it. it was mean & stubborn at first. but we got to know eachother, and now we talk freely. ^^
try meditate. then speak in your mind. see if someone/thing answers? hope it all works out. xoxo
