i like your poem it may be dark but beautiful

I am the shadow in the trees,
The whisper of lost air.
I will never fill your needs,
I was never really there.
The hush of wind fills the sails,
The stars light up the night.
Panicked cries, the hush unveils,
Not a living soul in sight.
You blunder in the dark,
I follow like a ghost.
Alone in this forest park,
It is me you fear the most.
For I am death upon your soul,
The one that haunts your dreams.
You fall into my deepest hole,
And no one hears your screams.

Today is a new day
Today is our day
Hear us, cleanse us
Help us to see
Help us to feel
Allow us to remember
Show us the path today
We need to find our way

Remind us of who we are
Of what we've left behind
Of what is still to come
Help us to clear our minds

Today we sit and pray
Not for the gods we worship
Or the goddesses that watch over us
But instead for ourselves
We ask to see the truth
To find a home where there is none
Bring us back together
Combine our strengths
Heal us
And make us one

you told me that you loved me i thought it was forever
when you asked if i would leave you my answer would be never
yet one day you did leave me a flood of tears i shed
it couldn't be helped that a thousand tears were shed
we met in august and now its october
i never thought that we would be over
i asked and i pleaded i kept saying why
you looked at me sadly and gave no reply
its the first times ive shed tears at a break up
but now i am down and i dont want to get up
i wrote you poems i dreamed of you
each time i said i love you you said i love you too
yet on this day why did it have to end
i dont want to break up i dont want to be just friends
but those words i kept to myself i accepted your offer
i may get someone else but my love for you is forever
now we are just friends but as sure as ever
i feel empty inside and my pain lasts forever

By a mad woman
We were blind
Led by deaf ears

Who was beautiful
And ugly
All at the same time
A woman
Who could've
Led us out
But instead
Led us
Into war
Into rage
Where darkness
Seemed to be
All we could find

Beautiful

A rose, a light
Shining ever so bright
Like the reigning beauty
Flowers pale in comparison
And morning holds no light

Every touch, every memory,
I cherish with my heart
Every kiss, every sweet embrace
I remember forever
I desire nothing more

The sweet brush of your skin on mine
The memories of the touch
You are all I need
All I desire
All I want

They say that flowers bloom
In the colors of blood, love, and lust
I say it's the color of snow like your skin

They say that the trees smell
Of oak, vines and wood
I say they smell of maple like you

They say that gems are the colors
Of the stars, night, and sky
I say it is the color of crimson like your eyes

They say that cloth is the feel
Of cotton, velvet, and tulle
I say it feels of silk just like your skin
