Easiest way to AP

A friend who has studied the arts of Shaolin and astral projection for about 20 years told me this :

Do you know the ringing sound in your ears when you start to project ? Or do you hear weird sounds when projecting ?
First step : Make yourself very tired. My friend took about 24 hours to get him so tired that he would fall asleep in a matter of a couple of seconds before he fell onto his bed.
- Make yourself totally tired

Second : ( Sit or lay in meditative way you prefer, be very comfortable, do not fall asleep )
To boost the incoming ringing, close your eyes and look to the third eye area. No body relaxation needed because you are probably SO tired you would fall asleep once you fell on bed.
Soon the ringing will sound like loud roaring in your ears.

Third step :
If you are not tired enough then just use a couple of breathing techniques, in minutes you will astral project.
Look towards third eye, relax if you need, and use AP exit technique.

Normally, using this way makes you so tired that you do not have time to think thoughts and your body starts shutting down by itself, so you will AP in about a couple of minutes.

Friend used " Physical heavy, astral lighter" technique. He pictures physical body getting heavier and astral body lighter and then he leaves.
You might probably, while exiting see 360 degrees around you. That means that you can look to everywhere, even behind your back while looking in front. Do not get excited by that or you can pop back into your body - that is what happened to him on his first time.
