Incense mix to help you focus and clarify your thoughts and help on setting your goals for the year ahead.

2 parts dried rosemary
1 part dried time
1 part lemon grass
few drops of rosemary essential oil
Pestle and mortar

Pound all the dry ingredients together using a pestle and mortar. Then add the rosemary oil mixing it in well, burn a few pinches of the mix on your altar, On a charcoal block.
