Incense connecting

Connecting with the other world incenses.

Traditionally used to help connect with the spirit realm, and the otherworld transforming the mundane in to the sacred.

You will need

10ml ( 2 tsp ) frankincense resin.
10ml ( 2 tsp ) mastic resin.
5ml ( 1 tsp ) dammar.
5ml ( 1 tsp ) sandarac.
pestle and mortar.
Charcoal.

Light the charcoal and place on a heat proof surface. Crush the frankincense and mastic resin in to small pieces and mix together, along with the dammar and sandarac.
Sprinkle a little of the incense over the hot charcoal sit back and relax, allowing yourself to drift away.

Swirling clouds of fragrant smoke help transport thoughts from the everyday world to the invisible world of spirit.
