"kk.......first of all.....it is not a fight, just a simple question that i wish 2 be answered. [correctly, not with immaturity please] "
It's not a fight, its a intelligent discussion.
"second, heaven, hell, & satan IS real.....weather u believe it or not....."
I agree, depends which Satan you mean..
I mean, I know around 10 different Jennys myself.. You could say Jenny was pretty, but the other Jenny was not so pretty.
"third, heres ur so-called ''proof'' u wish 4" - Invalid proof, your proof only works for those who believe in the bible. Please consider those who do not believe in the Bible.
"well i just wanted 2 prove that in the bible God did say 2 hate anything of satan/satanic........ " - Who wrote that?
God? Humans? Or God through Humans? Did God really breath onto the bible? Or did the humans who wrote the bible breath onto the bible? Or did God breath through humans who wrote the bible?
Who's God?

The "proof" she gave is not meaningless due to being from the bible, it may be considered meaningless because it doesn't really prove anything. At least not about her original claim.

Her goal: "prove that in the bible God did say 2 hate anything of satan/satanic." -GodzLilAngel

Her proof: "The fear of the lord is to hate evil; pride and arrogance and the evil way and the perverse mouth I hate." -Proverbs 8:13

The "proof" does not coincide with her goal, it proves nothing upon the point of this thread.

I'll bet thirty devil points that this thread will eventually be locked or deleted. >:D

Hate anything evil huh, well I'll tell you something... Satanic isn't evil. I have a few friends and they are nice and only rude when needed, they never make me believe in what they believe in. Besides Their different from what the bible says what they are, they started their own because that is what they saw were hope is.

If Lucifer is evil, lying, and shows himself to the people and so on... Then what is God? Is that really his name or something we call him?
If God is good, truthful, and never shows himself to the people and so on... Then what is Lucifer? He has more then one name for himself, why?

Since evil lies all the time, could it be possible if God himself is evil tricking people? Of course this is just me taking up your time here lol.

My point is, no matter how deep you read the bible, you'll never get the real answers you want. I even heard that you can't ask questions about the bible, but I am sure that is what some people believe in. I never read the bible, only the first two pages got bored... But I am sure who ever does read it half the time it doesn't make since to them.

Sorry if my post was random or something, I was kinda spacing out... in the morning can knock you out :D

Abyss, I've read the bible several times and every time it makes sense to me. I think it's a matter of whether or not you want to understand. If you want to believe the bible is full of bull and doesn't make any sense then you will be incapable of understanding it, thus possibly believing nobody else really understands it either. However, if you want to believe and you want it to make sense then when you read it you will be capable of putting the pieces together, understanding what is and is not meant to be taken literally, and all will make perfect sense.

Satan hates us? That's new to me. I'm going to be quoting from the Al Jilwah here.

Chapter I
I was, am now, and shall have no end. I exercise dominion over all creatures and over the affairs of all who are under the protection of my image. I am ever present to help all who trust in me and call upon me in time of need. There is no place in the universe that knows not my presence. I participate in all the affairs, which those who are without call evil because their nature is not such as they approve. Every age has its own manager, who directs affairs according to my decrees. This office is changeable from generation to generation, that the ruler of this world and his chiefs may discharge the duties of their respective offices everyone in his own turn. I allow everyone to follow the dictates of his own nature, but he that opposes me will regret it sorely.

Having read that, does Satan seem like a god that hates everyone?

Chapter III
I lead to the straight path without a revealed book; I direct aright my beloved and chosen ones by unseen means. All my teachings are easily applicable to all times and all conditions. I punish in another world all who do contrary to my will.

He sounds more like a kind ruler then that of a evil presence in these quotes... There have been worse rulers in history then him from the sounds of these quotes.

The person who started this thread is trying to support Christianity. Because of that, quoting anything from a Satanic bible or otherwise Satanic book is not going to help anything. She will call it a lie then call you a devil worshiper, anything else you say after that will go ignored.

GodzLilAngel, I have a game for you. Perhaps a test, you could say. I'm going to quote a verse from the bible, from Romans, and I want you to tell me where it is.

"Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in doing so though shalt heap coals of fire on his head."

That's in Old English. Again in more modern terms-

"If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink: for in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head."

Again, this verse is in Romans of the King James bible. It's meaning in basic is to be kind to your enemy, not cruel, for by being kind to those who would do you harm you hurt their pride and moral more then you could their bodies. Furthermore, such a tactic could lead, and has led, to a friendship.

Oh my.

As it has been pointed out before poster, you are picking a fight, not opening a debate with any intelligence behind it as you are stating half truths, sterio typical propaganda and hate for anything you do not understand...and from what you've stated so far seems to be a WHOLE lot of things. Further more, you ended your first post with a statement, not a question opening up for discussion.

Your stand point is basically that satan as you know him is wrong, evil and bad..everything you have been taught either by chucrch ( or god forbid ) from some conclusion you made on your own from reading the Bible or possibly even biased sites and/or books of the fundi christian type ( this would be the christian extremist movement, not a comment towards ALL christians. )

The problem with this is that you are being incrediably narrow-minded in believing that Christianity is the ONLY way to go.

Now I understand that many times people of strong religious beliefs refuse to look past the end of their nose for fear of going to hell for questioning, but let me give you a tip....No decent God sends you to a place of torture just because you wanted more answers.

Anywhoo....
You're looking at Satan in a purely Christian manner. If you studied the actual belief system you would find that the entity being worshiped is not the same as the one depicted in the Bible. What you ( and so many others ) have done is taken a name that strikes fear and ran with it assuming anything connected with the name must still hold those traits you believe they have.

My advice, which you surely will not take is to step out of your box and learn. You may figure out something new, perhaps that they way you see things now is not entirely true. You may find strength in your current convictions. Who knows....but please set out to learn instead of bash for the pure pleasure of bashing.

And btw, your proverbs ( as pointed out before ) is to hate anything evil. Not the Devil himself. The definition of evil differs from person to person. For example, I find any religious leader who takes money and lives better than his parishiners to be the embodiement of evil ( and capatilism...but whatever ).

I think your views of what the bible and jesus actually wanted you to learn are a bit twisted and have been formed as such to help you on your crusade to annoy the living daylights out of people who are tired of the " youre going to hell and thats just that" arguement.
