Spell Suggestions

Is there anything I can do to keep my former tenants from ever coming back to my neighborhood or near my house? Sometimes I see their car parked in front a few houses away. They moved outside the city I live in (about 45 minutes away) . I need something that is guaranteed to work. Banishing spells don't seem helpful for my situation since they don't live here anymore.
