Just a question. When people say stuff like "I can read minds, I can see dead people, ect." Are you born with this ability, or can you learn it?

Yep. When you open your third eye, you will be able to see future past present and spirits.

I dont know if i was born with this, But I can see spirits through reflections of glass, or i think everyone can do that. Not very sure.

try bringing your sisters mirror to a graveyard, im gonna try that one day :)
